How do residents get in without stopping?
Whitelisted number plates or windscreen RFID tags open the barrier automatically. New residents are added by the office in minutes.
What does the guard do?
Guards handle visitors on a tablet: name, CNIC or phone, vehicle, host and purpose. The system records the entry and exit time.
Can management see reports?
Yes. Daily and monthly reports of vehicles, visitors and alarms, exportable for meetings.
We have a long boundary wall. Is electric fencing practical?
Yes. Wall-top fencing is installed in zones so an alarm shows which section was touched, and it is our most requested society upgrade.
What is the cost per gate?
A single-lane ANPR gate with barrier and software is a modest one-time investment relative to guard salaries. We quote after seeing the gate layout.
